"This place was amazing. Me and my husband spent the weekend there. The water was beautiful and refreshing. River dog was the sweetest. We stayed in a glamping tent. Stayed very cool the entire stay. The shower and bathrooms were pretty clean. All in all this was a great get away. Pay the extra for the unlimited tubing and kayaking — it's sooo worth it."

"Our group of friends went glamping here for the first time with our families, and we absolutely loved it! What a find! The glamping tents are totally luxurious. Beds were cozy, A/C kept the room cool perfectly, nice clean floors, TV, microwave, fridge, electric stove, coffee maker with supplies, and plenty of space. Bathrooms were CLEAN. Showers were CLEAN. The staff was incredibly friendly. We came from Houston and can't wait to come back!"

"Son's Blue River was a lot of fun. We stayed in the glamping cabin, which had everything you need to cook and a refrigerator to store food. They also provided coffee and towels. I felt comfortable in the restrooms — they were way cleaner than some of the other camping sites I've stayed at. The river was beautiful and the water was pretty clear. The AC worked great and kept the cabin refreshingly cool throughout our stay. The space was roomy enough for our family. There weren't a lot of staff around because of the off season and middle of the week timing, but we just called the main number posted everywhere or emailed and we were assisted immediately. We lost a fishing pole before we left, which the staff found after we were on our way home — so sweet! Daryl, the shuttle driver, was very informative, accommodating, and friendly. "I really enjoy Son's Blue River Camp. I rented a cabana which accommodates up to 15 people. It has seating, a picnic table, a charcoal grill, and a hammock. There is a small creek/river, which is perfect for cooling off in summer. You can easily sit in a beach chair in the water or a float. There is a current, so you can go on a mini float if you'd like. Overall, we enjoy our time and will be back."
